1) To learn about health status of the people in Guam, nursing care delivery situation, basic and continuing nursing education in Guam.
2) To learn about nurses' roles by knowing the roles and functions of health centers in Guam and Guam Memorial Hospital, nurses' activities and education for nurses.
2. Saipan/Tinian
1) To learn about health status of the people in NMI, nursing care delivery situation, basic and continuing nursing education in NMI
2) To learn the community care system and health problems of mothers and children through the lecture by a health administrator, through looking on nurses' practices in HC or attending at home visit nursing.
3) To learn the opportunity to expand your mother-and-child care, and the viewpoint of evaluation of practice through interview for nurses.
